Leonidas Carmona

Founder

Leonidas brings extensive hands‑on experience in earthwork, underground utilities, and commercial paving operations, supported by years in field supervision, project coordination, and constructability planning. His technical approach is grounded in a career that began long before C&M.

Leonidas started his professional journey in land surveying, a discipline that taught him to understand construction from its most fundamental level: terrain behavior, measurement accuracy, and the technical interpretation that supports every well‑executed civil project. After earning his Land Survey Science degree in 2020, he joined major road infrastructure projects in Chile, working within demanding, high‑performance teams.

During his time with Vinci Construction, he contributed to high‑impact projects such as the bicycle path construction in Rengo and the maintenance of Route 5 South, a strategic corridor spanning approximately 250 kilometers between Santiago and Talca. This experience exposed him to the logistical, technical, and operational challenges of large‑scale roadway work.

His technical depth expanded further on the Acid Road Project (Route H35), where he served as a site professional / one of the Superintendents, coordinating field activities, managing progress, and ensuring that every technical decision was executed with clarity and rigor.

In 2025, after completing his Associate Degree in Professional Studies, Leonidas continued his career in the United States with ARMAC Construction LLC, supporting commercial asphalt surface maintenance operations. His ability to combine field experience with technical analysis led him, in 2026, to take on responsibilities in cost and material estimating, strengthening his technical‑administrative profile.

Today, while completing his Bachelor Degree with a concentration in Construction Project Management, Leonidas integrates his international experience, academic training, and disciplined approach to lead the technical side of C&M. His vision is clear: to deliver services that bring order, precision, and real value to every civil project.

Maria A. Mavare

Project Coordination & Technical Documentation Lead

MarΓa contributes a strong technical foundation and exceptional organizational discipline to C&M, shaped by more than a decade of experience in industrial environments, inspection processes, and technical documentation.

She earned her Mechanical Engineering degree in 2010, beginning her career at the ParaguanΓ‘ Refining Center (CRP) in Venezuelaβ€”one of the largest industrial complexes in the region. There, she worked as a Contract Administrative Assistant for alkylation plant maintenance operations, where precise documentation, coordination between teams, and strict adherence to standards were essential for safety and operational continuity.

MarΓa later expanded her expertise into Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT), working both in the field and as an instructor. This experience gave her a deep understanding of inspection procedures, quality control, and industrial safety. Her ability to translate technical information into clear, reliable reports made her a key resource for engineering and maintenance teams.

Between 2018 and 2020, while living in Chile, she served as an instructor in the Mechanical Maintenance Department at AIEP Rancagua, training new technicians and sharing her knowledge of industrial processes and maintenance best practices.

Today, MarΓa strengthens C&M with her meticulous documentation skills, structured workflow management, and ability to bring clarity and organization to complex project requirements. Her work ensures that every deliverableβ€”reports, schedules, submittals, and coordination packagesβ€”is accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.
